CVE-2026-119561 is a medium-severity flaw (CVSS 6.8) affecting phpmyadmin. Below: why it ranks where it does, which versions are affected, what to do, and the exact commands.

phpMyAdmin through 5.2.3 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in CustomServer::parseAndValidateAssertionResponse() that never verifies WebAuthn assertion signatures against stored public keys.
